Hayley G. Harrison concentrates her practices in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Hayley primarily represents bankruptcy trustees in their administration of Chapter 7 debtor cases, including all aspects of analyzing avenues of recovery, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets, and the pursuit of avoidance actions and other litigation claims. She also advises debtors, secured and unsecured creditors and interested parties in relation to their rights in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings and out of court proceedings.
Morgan B. Edelboim is an AV Preeminent® rated attorney. Morgan focuses his practice on bankruptcy, bankruptcy avoidance, workouts, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing debtors, trustees, liquidating trustees, creditors, secured creditors, official creditor committees, ad hoc committees, and asset purchasers in bankruptcy cases involving a number of industries, including but not limited to, the aviation, commodities, construction, entertainment, financial services, nutrition, recycling, real estate and retail industries.
