MIAMI, FL– August 1, 2022– Bast Amron, a boutique law firm focused on business, insolvency, and litigation is pleased to announce that Hunter J. Grasso has joined the firm. Hunter concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Bast Amron, Hunter practiced in the Miami office of a national firm and gained litigation experience representing developers and general contractors in complex commercial disputes. Before that, He served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable A. Jay Cristol, Chief Judge Emeritus U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida, and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Laurel M. Isicoff, Chief Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. Hunter was also a certified legal intern in the Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic, where he provided legal services to low-income individuals dealing with bankruptcy.
Hunter earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated with honors, and his B.A. from Coastal Carolina University.
