Aerospace Parts, L.L.C., (xiv) New Swift Air Holdings, L.L.C., (xv) Swift Air, L.L.C. d/b/a iAero Airways, and (xvi) Swift Air Travel, L.L.C., which are being jointly administered under Lead Case No. 23-17503-BKC-RAM in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to the cessation of operations, Swift Air, L.L.C. d/b/a iAero Airways was the largest business-to-business passenger charter and cargo air carrier in the United States. The Trustee’s general counsel in the cases is Bast Amron L.L.P. of Miami, FL, and his forensic accountant is KapilaMukamal, L.L.P. of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
