About Hayley Harrison
Hayley Harrison concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Having started with Bast Amron as a law clerk during her last year of law school, and continuing on to become the first first-year associate that the firm hired, Hayley has honed her skills under the mentorship of the firms’ partners and has developed a significant practice and reputation in the legal community. Hayley primarily represents bankruptcy trustees in their administration of Chapter 7 debtor cases, including all aspects of analyzing avenues of recovery, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets, and the pursuit of avoidance actions and other litigation claims.
