MIAMI, FL- October 18, 2023- Bast Amron attorney Jaime Leggett will be a panelist on the “Modern Techniques in Asset-Tracing” panel at the 2023 Cross-Border Insolvency Program by the American Bankruptcy Institute’s International Committee in New York, New York, on Tuesday, October 24th at 9:45 A.M.
This annual day-long program features a unique gathering of speakers from several nations, who will be discussing today’s most relevant cross-border cases and topics. Jaime Leggett will discuss cross-border crypto issues in insolvency proceedings, as well as service of process via social media in such recent cases as Three Arrows Capital (3AC).

About Jaime Leggett:
Jaime Leggett practices in the areas of bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation. His experience includes cross-border insolvency representations; investigating and prosecuting director and officer liability claims; representing trustees, creditors, equity holders, and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings along with assignees, creditors, and assignors in assignment for the benefit of creditors proceedings; federal and state court commercial litigation; and trials in federal, bankruptcy, and state courts nationwide.
Prior to joining the firm, Jaime worked for a firm in New York City, handling complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
