Mr. Brown is a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, whose primary practice areas include all aspects of bankruptcy, fiduciary representation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation and business reorganization. Mr. Brown’s practice is concentrated in the representation of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and regularly participates as a panelist or moderator at a variety of bankruptcy law seminars. Mr. Brown was admitted to practice in Florida in 2003, and is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Brown is a lifelong South Floridian.
