MIAMI – June 5, 2015 – Scott N. Brown, Partner at Bast Amron, moderated a panel at the 25th Bankruptcy Skills Workshop at the University of Miami School of Law on June 5, 2015.
Brown moderated the panel, Practice from the Perspective of a Chapter 7 Trustee, Office of the United States Trustee, and Counsel for Debtors and Creditors included. Other presentations included Bankruptcy Judges, the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, and Chapter 7 & 13 Trustees.
Brown, who is the current President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, concentrates his practice in all aspects of bankruptcy including fiduciary representation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation and business reorganization. He has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee since 2011.
